If One More Person....
If one more person sticks their head into our office and says something along the lines of "sure is dark in here." I'm going to have some sort of breakdown. Maybe a sign rigged from the top of the door that we can drop down which says
"Thank you for taking the time to point out to us that it is indeed dark in our office. It's dark because we like it dark. It's easier than the fluorescent lights on our eyes while looking at the computer screen all day."
That or a spotlight. Or a rapid fire nerf weapon of some sort.

May I introduce to you... tape!
Just tape the switch down. Black electrical tape ensures everyone keeps their greasy paws off, but even masking tape will do :-)
