Upgraded to MovableType 3.14

Just threw the new version of MovableType up. This is a proactive measure to eliminate the high CPU loads due to comment spam that I'm seeing on UFies. I'm wondering if I should also throw in this hack which adds posters of comments which match comment spam to an .htaccess deny file, but we'll see how this one goes first. Please let me know if anything is busted.
