The Cape (revisited)

The original poem, The Cape was written at a painful time for me. This was an attempt to have a "good ending" to things.

Duplicate, eternity
forever entwined
The sould serpent feasts upon it's tail

Searching and Yearning
forever in my mind

Black cape pulled off
the body revealed

A perfect trinity in two
finally is real.

To touch and to love
forever at last

fear slowly ebbs

As the looking glass shows
Her black cloak is down,
defenseless may be
want I to attack.

Howevr this love
came to the light
the strangeness behind
And her cape v'er will
hide us from the light.
