Finally have it back in my hands, and it hasn’t crashed once! I was thinking I could go two for two and pick up my video card from Discovery today, but the guy at the other end of the phone said not to come tonight becuase he hadn’t had time to unpack the boxes they had gotten in. Uh huh. I said “sure” when he asked if that was all right when I should have said “not a chance in hell, you guys have had my video card since I got the new system more than I have and if it’s in your store I want it back now!”
I’ll be happy with the powerbook for tonight I guess. I’m thinking of redoing the office anyway (assuming that other work doesn’t kick me in the gnards) so I should be busy enough.
