Man, I am glad I’m not out on the road right now. Last night there was a wicked bout of freezing rain, and when I got up this morning the snow on the ground had a good crust on top and all the trees had a good covering of ice on them. Zero desire to go out on the roads (though I did to get some essencial groceries), hell, even walking up the driveway was a slippery matter. I did spend some time wandering through the yard with my camera though.

This one was actually taken on Friday in the bitter, bitter cold. I had finally remembered to bring my camera in the morning (the A70) and the light was just about right, not too cloudy, not too dark.
