IT Guy: [finishing conversation on phone] Ok, bye. [in an abrupt tone]
Management Drone: You know, when you finish a conversation with a customer you should try to be polite, finish off with ‘thanks, have a great day’ or something like that.
ITG: I would never do that to a customer, I’m always polite with them.
MD: Oh, that wasn’t a customer?
ITG: No, that was Telus.
MD: Oh, that’s ok then.
They heard me laughing down the hall 🙂
