Another Windows Complaint

Why can’t Windows kill an application when I tell it too? I have a bug right now that makes the Palm Desktop start allocating memory like nuts until I kill it. The above screenshot is after the app (or dumprep.exe, which could be at fault as well) finally was killed. Thing is, I killed it long before, it just took 4 minutes or so before the OS would actually return the memory to me. Another theory is that it was killed right away, but some other function did a mini DOS against me doing some sort of report or dumping data somewhere. Either way, it’s pretty crappy. Please fix this.
