115 Megapixels??

Does something like this Scanner Photography Project put the megapixel war to rest? 115 megapixels (with a 15 second to 5 minute “shutter” time). Pretty cool. Now I just need to find a spare old flatbed scanner to play with and some random large format camera bits off of ebay (or similar).
