Huge surprise. UPS screwed up again. They didn’t have the unit number. So much for Peter’s personal assurance that it would be delivered today. So much for Mandy’s personal assurance that it would be delivered today. I’m not impressed, and UPS better pucker up and kiss my ass for forgivness. I plan to take this up with whomever is above my dear, dear friend Peter (whom was very good dealing with an irate customer pissed as hell over something that wasn’t his fault) and raise hell. I’m going to be making an official timeline thing at http://arcterex.ufies.org/rants/ups.html. Going to call again tomorrow morning to get their records of my tracking number. And if my package is not delivered tomorrow (there is a chance no one will be in the office) I will not take “it’ll
be there tomorrow” as an answer.
