Stupid Banner Ads

If you’re going to design a stupid banner ad, why not make sure it does something right? I (for the sake of amusement) clicked on a “your computer needs a tuneup!” banner to see exactly what it would do with a Gentoo Linux system and a mozilla browser. As you can see from the screenshot on the right, it correctly detected my browser version (kinda) but somehow mis-detected (or more than likely, didn’t try to detect but assumed) my OS. Idiots.
