Finally finished the “Victim Impact Statement” tonight, and get to fax it into the Crown Cousel office tomorrow morning. I’ve had a mental block getting this done lately, like the insurance stuff, and hopefully my comments (much nicer than “burn the bastard” unfortunately) will actually matter and the guy won’t be out of the system
Kudos to Raskal for pointing out WinAVI for use in creating a DVD from an AVI. I had checked out other methods which involve about 80 steps, that you keep notes on bitrate calculations, running one program to extract audio, another for video, another to encode, etc, and I think I gave up around halfway
