Finally home. Nice to make it here today, instead of tomorrow. Of course, tomorrow would be today if it were today. Things that suck right now: deadlines, performance review coming up, more deadlines, not enough bodies, not enough knowledge, and other stuff. Not sure why I was stressing about a performance review the other day.
This weekend was, to say the least, a little different. I helped Firefly housesite for a bit, and am reconsidering my resitant acceptance of perhaps, one day, getting a dog. Five of them in a house, many “accidents”, both big, small, and discusting, including a path of terror including a yoga videotape, candles, and shoes.
